Tavistock
Primary School
Tavistock Primary School is a local authority school set near the beautiful surroundings of the Devonshire countryside. The school has been in its current site since 1932 and currently has 381 pupils.
After performing a lighting audit, it was identified that the current lighting solution was inefficient and a lighting project was extremely viable. When comparing their electricity bills with their current fluorescent light fittings compared to LED, there were clearly huge savings to be made.
Additional to monetary savings, there were huge savings made per year in carbon emissions, contributing to the UK’s push for carbon neutrality.
